Shipping policy

At Sword Luxury, we offer tracked FedEx delivery to supported destinations worldwide, excluding Türkiye. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Order preparation

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong. Preparation time is separate from the transit times below. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping options and rates

FedEx Standard: USD 49 — estimated transit time of 10–15 business days after dispatch.
FedEx Express Cargo: USD 89 — estimated transit time of 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Complimentary FedEx Express Cargo on qualifying orders over USD 1,000 (USD 1,000.01 or more), as calculated at checkout.

The preparation period of 2–5 business days is additional to these transit estimates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear.

International deliveries

Depending on your destination's rules, import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges may apply. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

Address changes and delivery assistance

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. For an address correction, a delay, a missing parcel or an item that arrives damaged, email info@swordluxury.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. We will help investigate delivery issues and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details and your statutory rights.
